I was recently fired from my job and not given a reason. My job as an auto salesman was commision based with a draw if nothing was sold. I worked 57 hours in the week and a half before I was fired, but with no sales. Does my employer owe me any money for the hours that I put in, or did I basically work for nothing. In addition to sales I helped run the internet sales department for which I was not paid anything.

Generally speaking, you must be paid at least minimum wage for the hours you worked. Contact the state Dept. of Labor re filing a claim.
