My wife said her supervisor instructed her department to use her home phone if they couldn't make it to work BUT it is a unlisted number and do not give it out. Well, Jan 1, 2006 my wife got a phone call from her work looking for her boss tel #. We received the phone call at 5:30 am. It woke us up. My wife unintentionally gave her boss tel # to the 3rd shift supervisor. After a few minutes my wife realized she shouldn't have given out her boss tel #. Her boss has hardly talked to her since that day. It is now nearly 9 months ago. Why can this boss not have her tel # at work so they can call her when she needs to be notified if a employee calls in sick. This is a nursing home. What kind of harassment is this. Can her boss continue treating her like she does. A cold shoulder. My wife wants to quit.
