I just moved to Tennesse from Alabama, and I don't know the break or lunch laws in Tennessee. But, I thought after 4 hours, you were required to get get a 15 min. break. I get a 30 minute lunch break after having to work 5 hours straight, but, we don't get any 15 minute breaks in between. Can someone please help me.

Here's a link to the state DOL web site that answers your question, which is basically, NO, if you're getting a 30 minute lunch break, there is no requirement in law that you receive an additional 15 minute break.

See: http://www.state.tn.us/labor-wfd/lsques.html#laborlaws

and scroll about 20% down the page. Or if you're using Internet Explorer, go to that page, and click "edit" and then "find" and type in the word "break" and it will take you right to it.

FYI, with the single exception of SOME hotel workers in Illinois, no adult employee of a private employer in the US has the legal expectation of a 15 minute break unless they have a union or other contract that says otherwise.

There are a few states that grant a 10 minute break after four hours of work. But except as noted above, nowhere are 15 minute breaks required by law.
