Can an employer charge employees for background checks and drug testing? I have tried to call several Ohio agancies and no one can help me. Are they any laws governing this? I have tried to look them up but I can only find 4113.21 which says an employer shall not require an employee to pay the cost of an examination, which I assume includes drug tests, but I cannot get anyone to confirm this. Please help.
