For a manager, Is waiting for a minor to get picked up after work a Nevada law or a courtesy? If it is not listed in any work material can a company whos expectation is working 10 hours a day hold you liable to wait for parents? Sometimes I'm out there waiting 1 hour. If a minor is out after curfew is it my responsibility or the minors parents? Thanks for any info

I'm not an expert at Nevada law but I'm not aware of any state in which an employer is required by law to wait with a minor to be picked up.

I could be mistaken so if anyone has differing information feel free to post it.

Well I believe being almost 19 that In nevada you are not reponsable for the minors for the fact it is req. for anynone under the age of 18 to by a work permit if they are working past 10 pm. or will be coming home form work past 10pm. Which can be bought at the juvi court on Bonanza and Pecos for 1 dollar!:D
