Does anyone know what the time frame is for filing a wrongful termination suit in Pennsylvania? Apparently PA is one of only a few states that does NOT provide this info online.....

I believe you have 12 months from termination.

cbg, please correct me if I am wrong.

OP why do you feel that you were wrongly terminated? Have you spoken with a lawyer?

I have retained a lawyer, thank you.....and he is quite confident that I have a solid case. However, due to a chain of mix ups within the trusty US Postal service I am concerned about my case being filed on time....

There is more than one kind of wrongful termination and the SOL varies with the type.

Is there a type of wrongful termination where the SOL is MORE than 12 months? Also, where could I find more specific info whether it be online or not.

Yes, there is at least one kind of wrongful termination where the SOL is more than 12 months, although the majority of them are less. It's very situation specific and the odds are that if you're past 12 months, you're *probably* but not definitely beyond it.

Before I could provide you with any more information, I would have to know what kind of wrongful term you think you have. Not all the information is going to be in the same place.
