Should I still recieve my monthly bonus adn mileage if i resign before they are issued? I recieve them monthly and i plan on resigning a week before they are paid. Thanks

Legally, you are not entitled to any bonuses anyway so it's really up to your employer whether they want to pay it after your employment is terminated. As for mileage, I don't think your employer is legally obligated to pay that either.
