My husband and I are interested in hiring a housekeeper. She works for a larger organization during the week, so I know she has a background check. She would work for us on the weekend as a "side" job.

Could she sue us for on-the-job injury? Is there a form available to protect our assets? I simply want her to sign a form saying that we are not to be liable either personally or professionally for any on the job injuries. Is this possible? :(
