Please help me with some advice. I work at (restaurant chain). One of my managers is being let go shortly because of high food cost and such things, but he is desperate to save his job. Last week a fellow employee recieved some free grilled shrimp a few times from this manager in exchange for her putting a good word in with her friend whom the manager likes, who also works there. when she told me this, I of course found the idea of him trying to secure sex through free grilled shrimp hilarious, so yea, i laughed. A few days later, he suspended me ( pending termination ) for a beer one of my tables got from the bartender at the bar that I did not see, touch, pour or serve my table. The bartender did not get suspended. I found out later that day, that a few days ago he also gave a girl about 100 dollars worth of free food in exchange for some weed. I am a mom with three kids, my baby is severly disabled, and he is trying to fire me over a 3 dollar mistake when he tries to purchase sex and drugs with (restaurant chain's) products. I believe this action was taken against me partly because I know his secrets, and partly because he believes if he acts like he is trying to locate the source of the food cost problem, he may be able to save his job. I would love some advice. Thanks!
