Are California divore laws really FAIR. I thought that women wanted to be equal...hinch equal rights...hehe. So why do the courts lean towards favortism towards women. Does this not support that keeping women at home and a housewife. I think our laws are so lopsided. Now i know why so many men have been put out by our system. How are we supposed to live when it goes to an EX. What a job......its cheaper to keep em ...what a statemnt

There is no one size fits all answer. Some times it is, and sometimes, it isn't. Sometimes men get screwed, and sometimes women get screwed. Is it fair that MEN don't lose a significant amount of earnings and earning potential when their wife or gf has a baby? 'Nuff said.

That it goes the other way. If i was a betting man id say that men get it most often than women.The system should be equal, not favored towards one or the other.
Now when there is kids involved they should help pay ...after all they are both the parents and both are equally the same both finacially and in taking care....its enough said, lets not get :rolleyes: lazy
