I worked at one of those local Payday Loan places, I thought it would be a great place to work, at first it was cool. The Manager extended my loan out to me for one month and told me it was ok to start a Payment Plan and ( every paycheck i would have to put a portion down to lesser my amount of my final balance) once that month has expired i agreed to that payment plan. with in that same month i got hired thru that same company and was tranfered to another branch. no calls, nothing on my bank statement that they had taken the funds out of my account. I get fired from that company 4 months later and the comapny is expecting their money.I informed the Owner/Manager 2 month earlier to athorzie to take a certian about out of my regular pay check to pay the balance and and did not ahear to my suituation. now since i am fired that i do not get a final check. knowing dang well i have not made lesser the amount that is owed saying it is paid in full (9.00 per hour less than 11 days and taxes taken out . And on top of this different company names are on my pay check of who is paying, me and when i took out the intial payday loan Who do i talk to about this?
