If his refrigerator and stove are already in the unit you can ask to have them remove, (Get written confirmation that they were removed)or you can sell your refrigerator and stove and use his.

Contact the landlord, and request that he correct the lease. Most will be happy to draw a line and initial for a paying tenant.

If he is hard to contact, send the request via certified mail with the next rent check. Keep copies of everything!
