I work for a national company with offices all over the U.S. and I was given a position to work along with my other position I work, I was given a $1 raise for doing two jobs the new positon pays $10 in hour if they hire someone, I feel I'am being under paid. Is their something I can do about this, I have being doing both jobs for almost a year now..

Legally, as long as you are making at least minimum wage, there is no violation of the law (assuming you are a nonexempt employee). There is no law requiring that you receive a raise.
