I work in an office that runs 3 shifts... a lady that works a different shift than me and is disabled has trouble with her bladder and I know has urinated on the chair we all have to sit on. We use towels and plastic bags to sit on. I know this is a bio-hazard because it's body fluids. The company is cleaning the chairs and getting us new ones, cleaning carpet and have ordered new carpet to be installed plus painting the walls. They are giving her her own chair... What else can they make her do? She wears protection (she says)... Help and Ewwwwwwww....

It sounds like your employer is doing all they can. They can not fire her over this. Since she has her own chair now, then you don't have to worry about it. If you feel you must worry, then call OSHA to see if they are doing what they need to do in this situation.

On an aside, that is the most unique post I have ever read here.
CBG, can we give the poster a scented candle or something?

Great! And his next post will about how he "accidently" burnt down his office.
How about a LaborLawTalk t-shirt instead?

Right... posters and fire... no good can come of this.
However, a nice t-shirt in a light weave would be very nice.

Memories....
You wouldn't by any chance be referring to the infamous "candle" thread from a few years back on another board, would you?
Nah, that would be stretching coincidence too far. :D
I am curious, though, what the OP thinks the employer should be doing that they aren't.

I know of no candle thread. I am but an egg on these boards.
Sorry for the hijack, by the by.

Must have been before my time. *sigh*

It was really a, you-had-to-be-there thing.
And yes, Patty, it was before your time. Beth will probably remember it if she happens by.
