First, is the order going to be done in Ga. or Fl?

Which state contacted his employer?

Since they know who his employer is, I'm assuming that he has already filled out all of the papers concerning his income and insurance, is this correct?
If that is correct, CSE is probably just following up to make sure that his claims of income/ins. are true.

I know, it's really maddening when they do that, but unfortunately it is legal for them to do. The sad thing is that they do NOT contact the CP's employer to confirm income, that is left up to the NCP to do.

Your husband should ask his employer to provide him with a copy of what they told CSE so that he can rebut anything that isn't correct.
