Who does the court order award residential (it can be listed as primary or physical) custody to?

That is your answer, then. If your aunt is the residential custodian of you by court order, then you must live where she tells you to live. From your other post, your aunt did not make you move back with her for no reason. You are 15 years old and pregnant. You became pregnant while living with your mother.

Ahhh, but as I said in your other thread, she now knows that you ARE pregnant. She also knows that you became pregnant while under your mother's care and control. You have given her an excellent reason, now. The fact of the matter is that if she is listed as the residential custodian of you, she doesn't need a reason to demand that you return to her home. She has the weight of the court order to back her up.
