Hi all, I am new to the board, I am glad I found this. I am just about going out of my mind. How do I get my hands on a ocular pathology report that seems to be missing or fudged?

I saw my daughters reoprt in her file that had a very specific diagnosis, when my lawyers sent for it, it did not even have the diagnosis. I even went as far as driving to the hospital that it was sent to and trying to get my hands on it, but same thing, no diagnosis. Is it gone forever? How do I get it?
