I think child support recovery services should put in a ,twice a year,custodial non custodial, background check, to make sure if any changes have been made in both parents case. That way they might be able to tell or see, new jobs, changes of address, and contact information that is current and correct. It's amazing how fast they will find , the paying parents, new job to garnish checks to meet requirements. I've sent many letters trying to find contact info for my child, all I know is the css location where the money being sent. This marvelous plan would also see that the parent recieving payments ,is not sitting on their *** spending their childs money, because they live with their parents, then maybe some of the terms could be changed to benefit both parents.....THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN, but i thought it was a good idea.......
