Just Wanted To Update You On My Case, You Were So Much Help To Me. I Contacted My Da Here And Found Out That I Did Not Recieve A Copy Of The Final Degree ( From The Modification Hearing) I Will Recieve The Full $400.00 Even After My Daughter Turns 18!!!!!!! I Was Told The Current Cs Will Be Lowered To $100.00 (at 18) For The Arrears However In My Case The Judge Did Order Him To Continue The $400.00 Till All Arrears And Intrest Are Paid. You Were Right About The Taxoffset In Okla It Stops When Child Turns 18 However They Are In The Process Of Getting That Changed As I Type!!!!!!! They Also Put Him On What They Call Probation. If He Misses A Paymt They Yank His Dl And That Means He Looses His Cdl Also!!!! He Is In The Oilfield And Cant Run That Rig Without One Hahahaha. I Set Down And Figured It All Up $19,490.00 Is What He Is Behind And $13,534.75 Thats A Total Of $33,024.75 And Of Course Every Month He Stays Behind He Hurts Himself. When He Kept Me From Getting His Tax Return He Cost Himself More Intrest!!!!! I Know Theres Always The Chance He Will Run But For Now I Feel Soooooooo Much Better Knowing He Will Be Paying Me Every 2-weeks Till Its Paid.
