What can I do if the mother of my daughter submitted false information and documentation regarding her income to the courts? She basically lied for her own self serving reason. I feel like mediation was a joke. The best interest of my daughter was considered. I am an exceptional and caring father. My visitation was set as every other weekend, I pay almost $900.00 a month to a woman who makes more than me under the doing peoples hair in her kitchen without a license, and earning plenty of undocumented income. Before I went to court I was basically seeing my daughter whenever I wanted. But now I have been told that I can only see her every other weekend. What is a father to do? Can someone please help me find peace with this. I am so consumed with anger and hurt that I can't sleep, because I know that my daughters mother does not have her best interest in mind. Her whold goal is to stick it to me, just becuase I do not want to be with her. So she has decided to make it her lifes mission to make my life a living hell.

The best thing you can do is to stick to what was agreed to. Ask for /beg for/ plead for more visits if possible. Then when time has passed ask for a modification of visitation for more time. If this was just done recently a court may not wish to review it so soon. IF she is working under the table and with out a proper license, Report it to the IRS and the health department (I think that is against health code to cut hair in your kitchen??) and to whatever state/local agency that governs business licenses. But keep in mind that in doing so you will piss your ex off and she may not give you any extra visits. You will get more with honey than vinegar so you may want to play "nice".And remember never ever discuss anything like custody, child support, negative things about mom, etc with your child. Make the childs time as happy and wonderful as you can.
