A minor is anyone under the age of 18 years old. They would be greeting and seating the guest at the door. cbg 08-29-2006, 10:32 AM I am aware of the definition of a minor. However, many states distinguish between what a 14-15 year old is allowed to do, and what a 16-17 year old is allowed to do. So without knowing the age of the minor in question, a definite answer is not possible. mum515 08-29-2006, 09:24 PM Your response sounded a little sarcastic, I answered your question of what is a minor and then you replied you are aware of what a minor is. If you where aware then why did you ask to begin with? Also now that you do now, do you have an answer to my question? Thank you for taking the time to respond. rjc 08-30-2006, 06:17 AM You did not answer cbg's question. The questions before you are: 1) How old is the minor at issue? 2) What is the position of the minor at issue? cbg 08-30-2006, 09:26 AM I did not ask you for the definition of a minor. I asked you how old the minor in question was. I asked for that information because it is necessary before I can answer you. Since you ask, no, I do not have an answer to your question since as yet you have not answered mine. mum515 08-30-2006, 10:27 AM You did not answer cbg's question. The questions before you are: 1) How old is the minor at issue? 2) What is the position of the minor at issue? The minor is between 16 and 18 and will be greeting and seating guest in a restuarant that serves alcohol |
