I was wondering if anyone knows if it is legal for Minors to work in place that serves alcohol, also if there is a law in Connecticut that states that alcohol cannot be served before 12 noon on Sundays

How old a minor and doing what?

also if there is a law in Connecticut that states that alcohol cannot be served before 12 noon on Sundays

This has nothing to do with employment law, sorry.

Mum, I sent you a PM with the information that was not suitable for the employment law.

A minor is anyone under the age of 18 years old. They would be greeting and seating the guest at the door.

I am aware of the definition of a minor. However, many states distinguish between what a 14-15 year old is allowed to do, and what a 16-17 year old is allowed to do.

So without knowing the age of the minor in question, a definite answer is not possible.

Your response sounded a little sarcastic, I answered your question of what is a minor and then you replied you are aware of what a minor is. If you where aware then why did you ask to begin with? Also now that you do now, do you have an answer to my question?

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

You did not answer cbg's question.

The questions before you are:

1) How old is the minor at issue?
2) What is the position of the minor at issue?

I did not ask you for the definition of a minor. I asked you how old the minor in question was. I asked for that information because it is necessary before I can answer you.

Since you ask, no, I do not have an answer to your question since as yet you have not answered mine.

The minor is between 16 and 18 and will be greeting and seating guest in a restuarant that serves alcohol
