:confused: :( Hello can anyone tell me why or how a woman can leave 3 children aged 6,4,14 months with a non custodial parent and step parent (who now have custody) ,with no form what so ever of contact get me i say none for almost 10 years, the girls are now 15,14 and 10. the only way we knew she was still alive she coned c.s.e. twice and got our taxes even though she was ordered to pay child support(owes over $20,000). Then one day get a lawyer and " be ready now"?
I fear ks. to be a mothers state...with no questions asked she now gets supervised visits but wants custody! we have a lawyer but i feel he dont tell us much or tell us our options. I also can't seem to find much on step parents rights ! does that mean we do'nt have any? I fear husband, me and the girls have been scr#wed in the past and will be again.any and all comments welcome!
