My property lines were marked 9 years ago and I found a structure encroaching on my property about 5 feet. I informed the adjacent property owners that it could remain as long as we both owned the properties. The adjacent property now has new owners and I want the structure removed. The new owners have filed for adverse action and property line adjustment. We have paid the property taxes for over 50 years. Can they just "take" our :confused: property? We just want the structure removed and have told them so. The property is not for sale.
