Hope someone can help? I finally got these people out of my place ,they acually beat holes in my floor clear through. I have pictures! anyway ,surely the judge will grant me the judgement with all these pictures , (lets say the judge does grant me judgement) surely, geesh. How do I force the defendant to pay me the money,I had all the damages appraised,it's over 2 grand. If anyone has an idea or knows how I an force them to pay it will be grately apprciated. I know of court payment plan ,garnish of wages ,which I know nothing about.I am doing this without an attorney,I know not good. Thanks!

You can get the forms directly from the court. Directions are usually on the forms. You can ask the clerk how you file them if you have questions, they just can't help you fill them out. They're pretty self explainatory.
