Ok new info now what??
He tried to get to PT for his back, they asked if it was work related he said yes it was. Then they told him that they would not see him until workmans comp. took over the case.
Then that afternoon he got a call from Workmans comp.(to take his statement) later it was denied due to what his General Mang. told them on the phone!
She lied about everything, that he did not talk with her, and that she did not know that his back was hurting........
(I can not belive someone would do that)
She had her husband in the back room with her and could get in big trouble for that so she lied about it.
And everyone at the store will back her up, because they want my husbands job or they are married to her!
Its kinda like what she said he said thing!!!
Now what do we do??? I know we will have to appeal the case when we get a letter is there anything else we should be doing? And as of right now I do not know if he even has a job???
He has not quit and they cant really fire him???
Any info would be nice thanks
Just to give some more info he hurt his back at work, he had a back problem a few years but it had not bothered him that much just here and there, he had only been with the company for about 4 months, filled out a report at work on the 3rd day they did not want him to fill out a report!
Now what???
Oh and they told him that report was no good, due to that he only had 48 hours to fill it out and did not fill it out in time!!!
Thanks for any info

The limit is actually 30 days from the date of the accident. If he waited 3 days, he is still within the time limit allowed.

In the future, it helps to keep all of your questions to one thread. Spreading it across several threads and multiple forums gets confusing and you may get a less than accurate answer as sometimes the big picture makes a difference.
