I own and live on a parcel of property that contains a family graveyard there are two other pieces of property listed in this deed that initially were deeded to three sisters in 1940. These now are owned by non family members. There is a right of way (dirt road) from my neighbors property onto mine that leads to this graveyard. I am wanting to use their driveway to come up and then enter onto my property/home from this right of way. The deeds from 1940 and 1960 state that the reservation of the family graveyard reserved to said deed of 1940 is fully and completely reserved herein, together with the right-of-way to said graveyard through the lands of all of the parties to this deed. Can I legally use their driveway to enter onto my property due to the reservation of this deed? I live in WV so I would have to go by WV state law.

It is difficult to advise without seeing the wording of the right-of-way. From the information you have provided the easement is limited to a specific purpose, that is, accessing the graveyard. Using the easement to assess your property would not therefore be within the ambit of the easement.
