I have some Bad Tenants in my quadplex,they have been involed in some kind of rediculous "domestic disturbances" involving the police on and off for the past 2 months. Yesterday one of the BT approched another one of my good tenants and theatened him. This good tenant informed me what had happened and said he was concerned about his family's saftey. I called the police to get a record of the incedent. This BT is in the process of being evicted anyway for failure to pay rent, but has filed an answer to the dispossesory. This means I am off to court probably next month and out another months rent. This is what gets me. They will plead hardship or some other crap and the judge will set the ruling aside for possibly another month, or remand over to a jury which god knows how long that will take. My Question is- are there any other(legal) options to remedy this quickly.
