Hello,

I have a daughter that will be born in November. She will live in Oakland, CA with her mother and I live in Colorado Springs.

Question: Will the court order her to pay %50 of my travel expenses (air fare, lodging/rent, rental car, gas) for me to go to Cali to see my child?

She refuses to help me with these expenses and refuses to allow me to sleep on her floor when I am in town for a small amount of time each month to see my child.
