I took a friend in a few weeks ago without knowing that she was hooked up on tons of drugs and had a drinking problem.

I want her out, as she has no signed agreement or verbal as how long she was styaing, she does have stuff in my house.

Do i have to give her a certian amount of time to get her out right? As far as get your stuff in 24 hours etc.

Im in texas and was told if there were here just staying with no agreement i only had to give the 24 hours to get their stuff out, does anyone know if this is true.

Not sure about the exact laws in Texas, but I assume that since she is not on the lease agreement and you are not her landlord that you don't have to give her any type of notice. As far as I know, as long as her property is in your home she has to be allowed access to the property. I would box her stuff up (neatly) and put it outside - or take it to her wherever she is at the moment.
