I need to know
1. How many days do I how to respond I just got served 08/03/2002?
2. I’m on social security disability income if I fill out the application to wavier court fee’s will it get approve or do I qualify ?
3. I want to ask the Petitioner some questions; Do I just add the question to the responds petition or do I have to file a Summons For Discovery? How dose that work?
4. I have documents that I would like the court to see. Can these exhibits be attached to respondent reply petition? How do I enter them into court?

1. the paperwork you were served with should state the amount of time you have to file a response (usually 30 days but read your paperwork!)
2. Every person on SSD gets a different amount...ask the local court clerk where the petition was filed what the income guidelines are to get a waiver.
3&4... Hopefully someone smarter than me will come along... :)
Till then try Legal Aid

read your state's statutes and rules of civil procedure to find out how to go about serving a family law interrogatories. A good place to find links to the laws is www.govengine.com or your state's court websites.
