In February I agreed to rent a room out of my house, she needed a cheap place to stay because she can't work because of a disability, long story. In the past couple of weeks I have found that money and certain other items are missing in my house, which I confronted her about, the money she blamed on someone whom she had over, the items she claims she doesn't know what happened to them. I told her the guy was not allowed over again and found out he was there yesterday when I was at work. I have caught her in several other lies and do not feel comfortable with her in my house any longer. I had her sign a basic month to month lease, my concern is that if I have to give her 30 day notice, one day I will come home to find my house empty. Any advice, thank Pat

I would call when you know she is home and have her questioned about all the missing items.
