I am a 50 something woman who works in retail, i am able to reire with a reduced package at this time. i was given a notice that i have 30 days to improve my work ( although i think it is a biased person in management who wants to get rid of me because i have worked with the company for 20 years and am currently topping out in my field)
if i am terminated, and fully vested, will i still receive my retirement package?
thanks-

We would have no idea, because we don't know anything about the requirements or the benefits your plan includes. However, if you are fully vested, it's likely you would.

You worked for a company for 20 years...and all of a sudden you have performance issues? Sounds similar to my situation.

30 days to improve your work, when you've been there 20 years, sounds a bit lop-sided.
