I have 3 apartment's,what I'd like to know is ,do I have to furnish appliance's in these apartment's,I have 1 effiency , and a 1 bedroom, and a 2 bedroom 2,bath. I have found nothing about furnishing appliances,can anybody help me,Thanks!! I live in illinois ,not near chicago that has a little different laws.

Probably not, but I would check with my local landlord associaton just to be sure. Check your Illinois landlord act under the heading of LL responsibilities. Don't bother with the court house clerks, their information sometimes includes tenant myth's
