If There Is A Company That Messed Up Your Payroll Check And Paid You In A Different Way Other Than By Check (added Money To A Pre-paid Credit Card) And The Check Eventually Arrived And You Cashed That Also, What Actions Can They Take Against Me? I Didn't Cash The Check But Was Threatened That I Would Be Arrested If I Did And I'm No Longer Employed With The Company.

Please don't capitalize every word; it makes your post very hard to read.

Since you are no longer with the company, they could sue you civilly, if they chose to. And they'd win. You know you aren't due the original check. Why don't you just send it back to the company?
