At the company I recently quit from, I was a Manager for 2 years- my total time employed there was over 6 years. It has been established and documented that Managers in my position receive a salary plus bonus, in addition to sales commissions that are made. (Managers also sell just as the salespeople do)This is not vague- they have actual "handouts" that explain the way it works, ect. A graduated bonus structure has been determined and applied. My problem is that my company did not pay me the corrasponding salary and bonus, and that I was the ONLY Manager not receiving this. My duties were EXACTLY the same, as was my title. I feel discriminated against, but from what I understand discrimination is only protected if it is due to gender, age, race, ect. which I'm not sure I can prove. However, do I have a possible case that they violated an implied contract? I am seeking to recover the monies which I should have been paid, just like everyone else.

There's no need to ask the same question more than once. Since you have asked this question in your original thread, I'm locking this one to prevent confusion.
