Hi, Iam a high school student in ottawa ontario canada, i applied for a job in a fast food restaurant. The Assistant manger took my interview and said i did perfect on the interview but she cant hire me yet cuz i have summer school and that i shud call in 10 days when its over and she will take the second interview and hire me, SO i call back and the MAnager picks up the phone as the asisstant manager was not working. she calls me up for an interview, i give the interview...

She tells that im hired and tells me verbally what they do for training which is to watch a 3 hour video on safety and basics. and at the end of the interview she shakes my hand and tells me she will give me a call on monday regarding training... I wait monday the whole morning dont recive the call.. i call tuesday morning assistant manager picks up the phone and says she will talk to the manager and then she will call you. And its thursday now and i havent recieved a call.

Can you please tell me if they say im not hired, If i can take legal action.
or what i shud do in this situation as im planning to go to the fast food restaurant and talk to the manager face to face .
