Employer records all customer service tech support calls without taped message for both parties to be aware and consent, then calls meeting to playback only my recorded calls for 5 co workers to scrutinize my troubleshooting skills and follow up tecnique. Humiliating for me to find out this manner that I was being recorded (incoming calls only not outgoing) Is this right?
