I live in Oklahoma and have lived with my boyfriend for 7 years. We recently moved and because we have been having relationship problems I did not include him on the lease. Our relationship isn't good, and I asked him to leave and he refuses to leave. What are my rights to make him leave, and what do I need to do to make it happen. Thank you for all your help.

You have to EVICT him. Go to a residential property management company and ask if they will help you through the filing and court appearances.
1st is a five day 'Notice to Quit', you can put in your own cause if it is not money. Then you file a 'Forcable Entry and Detainer' and a 'Summons' at the County Court Clerks Office. You usually will get a court date within a week to ten days. Your best bet is to have the Sheriffs office serve the Summons. If the guy has any character he'll leave before court.
If you feel 'afraid' you might want to apply for a 'Restaining Order at the same time you file the other stuff.
Wrost case is that he'll show up in court to say haw much he's helped you or whatever. The judge will give him up to 48 hours to get out.
The last thing is a 'Writ of Execution'. Have the Sheriff deliver that also at the appointed hour the judge gave. If he resists the Writ he goes to jail.
Thats the Law in Oklahoma.
