I was an assistant Manager.(worked there for about a year and a half). My former Manager asked me to interview this 17 year old girl to work as an insider. Everything looked good so I called my Manager and asked him what he wanted me to do, He told me to start training her that same day. It was a pretty busy day, I showed her everything she needed to do, everything was fine. The next day was my day off. Well, as I am getting ready to go to work the following day. I get a call from the supervisor, he told me to meet him at the main office. I go to the main office and three supervisors were in the room, they gave me a paper, the paper had something about sexual conduct. They said that the girl that I just hired said that I said sexual things to her.So I was fired right there. I asked them what I said... They said I said something about lotion. They would not tell me exactly what she said. From what I heard the mother of the girl came in and threatened to sue. I never said anything sexual to her. I have never got any complaints from the other females who work there. Is this right? Is there anything I can do?

It may or may not be right, and I'm not going to try to tell you it's fair. But the employer is legally allowed to terminate you if he believes you sexually harassed someone, even if he is mistaken. I'm sorry.
