I was diagnosed with rapid cycle bipolar and the first psychiatrist I was referred to loaded me up on 4 different medications. I was a walking zombie. I couldn't wake up in the morning, so I was late a couple times in 2 weeks. My employer wrote me up for this,so I made an appointment to have him change my prescriptions. The whole time I was talking to him, he just kept looking down at his paper. I seen a post it note on the open page of my file. I read it and it wasn't even about me.The note said I needed medical for my union steward. My company doesn't have a union. So he thought I was the one that asked for the note and was talking all crazy. Of course the note has been removed, soI have no proof. But my new doctor treated me better and tried the right one. Is this something that I should be reporting?
