Hello, While seeing a company doctor for a on the job injury, does my emloyeer have to pay me for my time? I went to see the doctor and did not punch out when I got back to work I was told to either punch out or go on my own time after work, Then I was told they will pay me for the mileage that I drive, but not the time I spend going to and from the doctors office, is this all true? :confused:
