I am a vocational counselor in Virginia. I have a case which is under Illinois law. I have been requested to do Labor Research and a Labor Market Survey. Does anyone know the law regarding this request and what rules I need to follow. Or know where I might be able go to get this information. I think Va. law regarding Labor Market Survey may be different.
