Is a Florida company required to provide Workman's Comp for a part-time employee? I have been salaried at full-time for a few months and may need to cut back my hours; will I still be covered? Does the number of employees or will the reduced number of hours worked play any part in this? This work is physical and they don't offer health care.
~Thanks~

Whether you are full-time or part-time is irrelevant. If the employer meets the requirements for having to provide WC insurance, then you would still be covered. http://www.fldfs.com/WC/faq/faqemplyrs.html

You would still be covered. If you have an existing claim, your work status has no effect on your claim.
