please someone help me
upon hiring i was told i was going to get a pay of $2,000 a month plus commission.
my first day of work was on july 12 and i was terminated on july 29.
in that time the othr employees was paid 1000 on the 15th and told the other 1000 was on the 30th which fell on a sunday,
i was told on that friday that i would be paid on that monday the 31st. when i got to work on saturday morning i was told i was being let go for not smiling enough and for doing service's job(which by the way i have no clue how to do), well i called my employer to tell him i need to come pick up my check and now he tells me that that check is for employees only and i am only entitled to my commission on the 10th, so what am i to do if i got fired that day before payday?
