HEy.....ok, here's the deal....Im currently 16, the gurl im goin out w/ is 14(She'll be 15 in 1 month).....MY birthday's April 9th, 1990...Her's is September 5th, 1991.....On the day of April 9th, 2008 we'll officially be 2 years apart.....Will it be illegal for us to jus even be going out w/ eachother (like kissing and making out), and what about when she she turns 17 on Septebmer 5th 2008? Will it still b illegal for us to have sexual intercourse?

Sometimes it takes a while to get an answer lol! First off you asked if you could kiss and make out, then you say, will it STILL be legal for us to have sexual intercourse. So my impression is, you are having sex now. I will check and see what the laws say in your state, so be patient.

Just keep in mind, that the parents can press charges against you for you hindering thier parenting (a restraining order), it isn't allways a sex charge, but an interfearance charge. I hope someone will come along with more information, but for now, read the link, and know your rights. I would add, at your age, it will always be best to wait to have sex, believe me! :)
