okay My ex has nothing to do with our son since we broke up 6 months ago. he doesnt pay child support or see him. We broke up because we were having some money issues and his mom got him thinking it was because of me and he believed her. Now she has never liked me since the day i got pregnant cause she wanted me to have an abortion and i dont believe in it. She now loves my son way too much. She doesnt act like a normal grandmother around my son at all. She keeps saying that she is going to take me to court for vistation. I dont feel my son is safe around her and she always tells him bad things about me. I dont want this women near my son. Is there anything i can do to prevent her to getting vistation rights???

Grandparents have very few rights under the visitation law. She can accompany her son to his visitation (if he gets court granted visitation and starts paying CS).
Your rights rule.

tell grandma if she wants to see your son, she can see him on dad's time. you are not obligated to give her time when the child is with you.unless you can prove grandma is a danger to the child, you cant prevent her son from having her around the child on his time
And, of course, you can make a condition of the visitation that no one says anything bad about the other in front of the child.
Tell grandma to back off. She doesn't get to have visitation just because she wants it. She has zero stake in this child unless the court would feel that the child has created a unbreakable bond with her.
