Hello, My husband and I are getting ready to file bk on our own. I know that we have to file our tax returns but, are the copies we received from Jackson Hewitt sufficent or will we have to get them from the IRS? IF we have to get them from the IRS, do we need the freebie ones or the ones you have to pay for?

Thanks in advance for the help.

I think that is his name, he is the information guy on things like this. Look up members list and go to q's and find him, he will definately have the correct answer for you, sorry I don't. Someone else here may have the answer also, this is just in case you don't get one.

I will say when you first sign on, there is a list of different forums. You need to scroll down to bankruptcy, and double click on that. You will see the newest things written (threads), there will be a button that says post new thread or start new thread. Click on that, answer which state you are from and post your question. Good luck!
