Mom should file for a Temp. custody order, pending the full custody modification hearing. blank1122 07-31-2006, 07:55 PM school at my mothers starts on august 15th.she really does not want me to have to miss any school there.Would that make any difference as to whether or not she can get temp. custidy? |
