Please advise:
My friend and his wife agreed to file bankruptcy last year. He attended the court date but she took care of everything else. Recently he saw the papers that were filed and noticed there were a number of peculiar errors, changes and that they were electronically filed and that his signature on the papers had obviously been forged. Is there anything he can do?
