I want to know if you can help me. A week ago, I got my car tow because the stockton police department said i was driving reckless 2 months ago. They never stop me, nor cited me for any charges of driving reckless.

And just yesterday, we went to Stockton to ask for a hearing and the court found no record of my case. We called the officer about this and a couple of hour later, the officer try to turn in a copy of the case to the court and was rejected by the court houses because courts house only take orginal copies. So I could not get a hearing because of tihs. All i want is my car back.

My question is can I get my car back with or without being charge for the towing fee and storage fee? Any advice?

You are better off to get the car out as soon as possible to prevent the storage fees from continuing to run up. You need to petition the court for a dismissal of the charges. I doubt that you will have much luck with the fees, sorry.
